W5 Deadlift - Repeat

Before Supper

Repeating my week 5 pulls. Babying my back to try and not niggle it again. Used a double overhand grip up to 455 where I switched to DO with straps.

Deadlift WU to 455 x 8 x 2r

Speed Pulls 305 x 10 x 1r

Play with the 135# Baby Inch
