Before Supper

My one day at home so I got some work done that's tough to replicate at the hotel or a different gym.

Taking a bunch of bands with me for a session or two in the hotel room as well.

SSB 15" Box Squat WU to 350 x 8 x 2r

During squat warm-ups:
Chins (241) x 3 x 3/4/5r
DO Axle Deads 303 x 1/2/3/1/1, 263 x 3 x 5r

During squat work sets:
Dip BW x 7 x 8r

Sissy Squat x 3 x 10r
GHR x 3 x 10r
